Ngan Phu Villa

After my night bus, I arrived early and the staff looked after me until my room was ready. They were some of the kindest, most helpful people I met in Vietnam, and helped me patiently with planning and getting around Hoi An. When I left, they even sent me off with water and a snack. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was fantastic. Breakfast was great too. Everything felt warm and generous. One of the best places I stayed in Vietnam, highly recommended ❤️

The staff helped us sort out transport and scooter rental, and pointed us toward interesting places and good local restaurants. They were so kind and helpful throughout. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and well cared for, with all the hygiene amenities provided. We also loved the pool. Its cool water was lovely for relaxing. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend the hotel.

We spent a week at this homestay with friends. The staff were friendly and quick to help whenever we brought questions to reception. The breakfast included with the stay and the pool were both great, and having free bikes made exploring Hoi An even more fun. Thank you!

The greeting I got was lovely, and the staff were all kind and friendly. The woman who welcomed me suggested things to see and do based on what I was interested in. Free bikes and breakfast are included, and you can follow the river on foot to reach the main part of town. It’s in a handy location with a nice little pool and a fairly comfortable bed. There’s some noise from the lane, and you can still hear road traffic. My main annoyance was the AC: I couldn’t leave it on when I went out, and the high ceiling meant the room took a while to cool down.
