OYO 1220 Nha Nghi Kim Van

I'm outside right now after paying, and there's nobody here. I tried all three phone numbers, but none work. Posting this review is the only way I can get a message to them.

If you're booking through oyo, be careful. I paid in advance, but when I arrived there was nobody to check me in. The phone numbers either hung up on me or stopped answering. Residents I spoke with said the building now seems to be apartments, not a hotel or homestay. Don't book or pay here. I have to try to get a chargeback now. Edit: I spoke with more residents, and they said it's a scam.

The bedding was so bad that I slept fully dressed, with a towel over the moldy pillow. The mattress was coming apart, and the sheets were dirty, stained, and covered in hair. It doesn't look like they get washed regularly. The place was filthy, and it's shameful that they seem willing to do anything for money.

The owner was rude and spoke badly about everyone, as if this place were right in the city center even though it's out on the edge of town. My room was dirty, and the wardrobe was shabby and neglected. I hope I don't end up visiting again.
