The family who owns the hostel were among the warmest, nicest people I met while traveling through Vietnam. When I had trouble with a local bank in town, they helped me a lot. The building is big and has lots of lovely plants, and the place feels quiet and cosy. You can easily walk to the beach, though you’ll need to drive yourself on a scooter, since it’s too far out for many Grab drivers. I stayed here in 03/2024.

The owners were the kindest people I met in Vietnam. They helped me with everything, and I even got invited to celebrate the owner’s birthday with their friends. That was an amazing experience. The villa has lovely architecture and the rooms were spotless. You’re close to the best beaches in Hoi An, with free bikes at the hostel and scooters for rent. Getting to the city takes around 10-15 minutes by scooter. Thanks so much for having me, this was a 10/10 stay.

We ended up extending our stay because the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. They were incredibly kind, looked after us so well, and went out of their way to help with anything. The location is amazing, very close to the beach, and there’s a shop about a two-minute cycle away. Free bikes are provided. Our room was gorgeous, with a very comfortable bed and feather pillows and duvet. There’s also an in-house tailoring service, which was really convenient, and the clothes were amazing. This was the best accommodation we’ve had on our travels, even compared with five-star hotels. Definitely recommend!

The family dinner at the hotel was a feast, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The family who run the place are so friendly, and we could talk with them for hours. The hotel also has its own tailor shop, and they made us several dresses, shirts, and a suit that fit perfectly in half a day. We’ve never looked so good. The beach is only about five minutes away, and you can borrow bikes for free or rent a motorbike to ride into town. New guests are greeted with “welcome home,” and that’s exactly how it feels. We’d return to Hoi An any time just to stay here.

The dorms are roomy and ventilated, though there aren’t proper curtains. The villa is run by a Hoi An tailor family, who have their shop inside the building. They offer free bicycles, but don’t expect them to be in great shape, and scooters cost 160K. It’s fairly close to decent surf spots. The staff were lovely, and the food was good, with generous portions and fair prices, including western dishes. Had a great experience and would recommend it.
