The family running the hotel were friendly and helpful, and they washed and dried our laundry within a day, which we appreciated. But the cleanliness really didn’t meet our expectations. Our first room had visible mold on the walls, so we asked to move. The family immediately offered another room and got it ready quickly. Unfortunately, that one was very unclean too. There was dirt on the tiles, heavy grime in the fridge and trash bin, and stains on the walls, floors, and baseboards. The curtains were very dusty, the sheets had visible stains, and the hallways had hair and dirt on the floor. We appreciated how kind the owners were, but hope this feedback helps improve the standard for future guests.

The host family made the stay feel special, they were kind, helpful, friendly, and always cheerful. Hao anh villa is also ideally placed, about 2 km from the old town and 3 km from the beaches. Free regular bicycles are available, or you can rent an e-bike to explore farther. After a hot or tiring ride, the pool was a great place to cool off. Such a good visit to Hoi An. Thanks again for everything 🥰❤️!

The staff were attentive and really kind, and for the price the property was a great deal. It’s a little away from the main roads, which makes it a nice escape from the bustle. The free bicycles help with getting around. I’d recommend it.

We had a lovely time walking from the hotel. It’s in a quiet spot, and the walks took us through the best parts of hoi an, with the town and beach both within a good walking distance. Free bikes are available too, which are fun for rides around town and through the paddy fields. Go for it.

The room and bathroom were roomy and clean, and the sheets and towels were fresh. The 12m pool was clean too. There was water damage on the ceiling, though, and a slight sewage smell from what seemed like poorly done plumbing, something common in SE Asia.
