I still think back on this homestay from when I visited with two friends in 2017. It was in a great location, and the family made it feel like a real family homestay. They were lovely and helpful. Perfect for a small family! Thank you Cozy House!

We were four and had a great stay at Cosy House. The family hosting us were so lovely, friendly, and always ready to answer questions. After we checked out, they stored our bags and even made sure we could shower with fresh towels before getting on our sleeper bus.

I stayed three nights on my own and would definitely recommend Cosy House to solo travelers on a budget. The price is very attractive, and the hosts are about as pleasant as they could be. It's a little older of a building, but the rooms are clean, done in white-on-white decor, and everything works. The location is great, very close to the old Hoi An center.

The extra checkout time was the catch for us. We had an overnight bus to Dallat and asked to stay three hours past the 12 pm checkout, but the charge was almost what we'd paid for the whole night, so we declined. The family were friendly, the room was neat, and the location was great, right near the night market that opened every evening.

Being near the ancient town made it easy to explore Hoi An. Cosy House Homestay was clean, and the internet worked reliably. The hosts were fantastic, friendly, helpful, and full of good local tips. I had a great stay and would highly recommend it for a comfortable, hassle-free visit.
