Serene Beach Hotel Danang

On August 21st, I was staying in room 1207 when I slipped and fell because of a leaking pipe. There wasn’t a warning or wet-floor sign anywhere. I reported it to the staff, but they didn’t take responsibility or show any sympathy, and no one even apologized. Completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who expects basic customer service or safety.

The three of us, my mom, my son, and I, enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a very good location. We booked a spacious room with two single beds, and it was comfortable and clean. The pool was nice, and bathrobes were provided in the room. Breakfast was really good, with lots of different foods for kids and a separate vegetarian area too. We’d love to stay again on our next visit.

The pool on the fifth-floor rooftop at Serene Hotel was a real highlight. It’s spacious and luxuriously designed, with a relaxing feel and a beautiful panoramic view of the beach. Tony Nguyen was especially welcoming and attentive. He even carried chairs outside so we could get a better beach view, and suggested swapping our wet towels, which made us feel well looked after. A great choice for anyone wanting a relaxing place with a lovely beachfront view. Highly recommended!

We had a sea-view room for three days, and it was lovely to wake up to the view each morning and see it again at night. The pool was good, though it needs some maintenance: some glass panels around it have no support, and a few tiles inside are broken. Everything else was clean and quiet. The Asian breakfast was good, and the restaurant was a nice place for lunch or dinner. The staff were very polite. We’d booked breakfast, but due to an agency mistake it wasn’t included. We got the breakfast money back from the agency, and Expedia also had a 20% discount on drinks and food.
