Pastorale Villas feels like a private retreat, with modern comforts and touches that reflect Hoi An's heritage. The villas are thoughtfully furnished, combining contemporary design with artisanal details. Each one feels secluded while still connected to the character of the town. Mornings were lovely, with sunlight through tropical greenery and distant lanterns hinting at the old town nearby. Breakfast came early and featured fresh local ingredients. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and happy to share tips for the town's small streets, markets, and cultural sights. For a comfortable, indulgent stay with a sense of local character, Pastorale Villas is a great choice. It invites you to slow down and enjoy the Hoi An atmosphere.

The quiet was a big plus. Pastorale Villas is set away from town and the road, so at night we mostly heard crickets and frogs. It's not walkable to town or the beach, but there are free bicycles, motorbike rental at the villas for 5 quid a day, or a taxi for a couple of quid each way. We loved the place itself: a pretty, well-kept garden, a pond full of water lilies, a small but sufficient pool, and a free pool table. The rooms were big and clean, and the owners were super friendly. Mia at reception took exceptional care of guests. It was handy that minibar items cost the same as in nearby supermarkets. Most guests were Vietnamese or Asian, and during the day they tended to leave the amenities unused, so we often had them to ourselves, then headed out in the evenings. Breakfast was included and pretty good. We didn't care for some of the lunch dishes we ordered a couple of times, so we ate at the many nearby restaurants or went into town instead. If you want a peaceful rural holiday and don't mind being away from town and beach, I'd highly recommend Pastorale Villas.

We're staying at Pastorale Villas now and couldn't be happier. After a long day, it's a fabulous place to unwind, among the rice fields and a healthy walk from Hoi An central. The bed is comfy, there's air conditioning and ceiling fans, plus a swimming pool and even a washing machine. One breakfast tip: if you don't want chocolate sauce on your banana pancakes, remember to say so when ordering. We've had a very enjoyable stay!

It's peaceful here, away from the busy traffic, and the breakfast was great. The staff were welcoming and really went out of their way to help when I got food poisoning after eating out. They drove my husband to the nearest pharmacy. Our room was spacious and comfortable, though it could use an extractor fan in the bathroom. Good value for money.

Quiet spot, tucked among trees and fields away from the main road. The rooms are nice, and I especially liked being able to shower outside in the bathroom. Worth the money.
