The quick laundry turnaround was one of the few practical positives. When we dropped things off around 7-8am, they were usually back by noon. The location was good too, if you could get past the rest of the stay. I booked through Agoda and got a room that didn’t match the listing. After I complained, they changed the listing photos days later to show the room I’d actually received. I’d paid two weeks up front, and Agoda didn’t resolve the issue or refund me. The room was humid and moldy, with peeling hardwood floors and signs of rain leaks running down the walls. The sheets felt below hotel quality and had a tear. The bathroom ventilation was poor, and drain gases came up into the room. Morning light poured in, so two layers of curtains would help. I paid about 800k, or $42 CAD, per night. Breakfast was included, but on the second floor I found tiny fruit flies all over the food, so I left and ate elsewhere. I didn’t enjoy the stay and wouldn’t recommend the hotel. There are better choices for the same price.

The rooms were fairly clean and breakfast was good, though you need to get there pretty early or the food runs out. The reception team, especially the girl called Mai/May (sorry, I don't know how to spell her name), was the best. The other two girls were lovely too. Thank you so much, girls 😊. We had a great stay.

The room was spacious and the location convenient, with lots of restaurants and the dragon bridge nearby. It works well enough if you’ll be out most of the time. Still, it felt like the photos were out of date. The facilities and rooms were dated and not very clean. I’d skip breakfast and eat out instead.

The view was beautiful, and the local food in particular was delicious. Everything seemed freshly made. The staff were lovely and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the hotel.

The air conditioning worked really well, and the bathroom was clean. Breakfast was hot and nice, and the hotel is in a great spot. Our beds were quite firm, and the small cooler in the room didn’t seem to work. Apart from those things, it’s a nice hotel.
