The room was bigger than I expected, and the bed was wow, really comfy and very soft. It’s an easygoing, clean and tidy place for a quick visit, with a quiet setting close to both the beach and shops. The only downsides were no hot water in the shower and not quite enough cleaning gear to deal with sand from the beach. Neither was a big deal. Location, service, and value were all five-star. Just Burgers is around the corner and does awesome burgers. Recommended for a casual short trip.

DO NOT BOOK ON AIRBNB. This place no longer exists. I booked a room through Airbnb and ended up stranded in Da Nang during the fireworks festival, unable to get a taxi, let alone find a hotel room. They took the money and then didn’t reply. Absolutely ridiculous.

We had an amazing apartment and the staff were wonderful, from the owner to reception and housekeeping. They’re all super friendly and ready to help with whatever you need. As Serene House says in its advertising, they treat you like family ��. Highly recommend, I’m sure you’ll have a good time here!

I’ve been here for ten days already and I’m loving it. The place is brand new and spotlessly clean, and the manager is super helpful.
