The hotel looked just as good in person as it did in the photos. We got a warm welcome and were able to check in early. The room was spacious, with AC, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV. The bed was really comfortable, the water properly hot, and I loved having a separate tub and shower. Staff were very helpful with my bags, and the little gym was more than adequate. The big ambient pool was surprisingly warm, with a kids’ mini pool and free showers. It’s about 3 km from the centre, around five minutes by Grab or a 40-minute walk. They offered a complimentary shuttle to the old town, which was a nice touch. There isn’t much nearby, but the cafe is convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of variety, including croissants, sandwiches, hot and cold food, good-quality juice, and free ice. A cozy getaway where everything worked perfectly, and one that should suit almost anyone.

My wife and I spent 10 amazing days here. The management was brilliant and very helpful, and the reception team were remarkable, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Every staff member on duty during our stay was great. I also made a good friend among the workers, who was great fun, always smiling, and gave me high fives every morning. Recommending this hotel doesn’t quite cover it, it’s a privilege. The people are 100% genuine. Come and see for yourself. Dave and Sue QLD

Nice facilities, including a pool for both adults and kids. Breakfast is included, and they’ll make other food on request at no extra charge. The staff are friendly and speak decent basic English.

The rooms are airy and spacious, and kept very clean, with fresh towels every day 😀. The staff do everything they can to help make your stay enjoyable, arranging trips and booking buses, along with whatever else you need. A lovely boutique hotel.
