The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spacious and clean. The location is great, close to the town center and market. There was plenty of hot water once we figured out the inline heater. It gets noisy from the street, so bring earplugs. Breakfast wasn't included, at least at the rate we paid.

We could hear everything in our room, it was a very loud hotel. They also charged us 200 000 dong for a dirty towel, even though we had only used it to dry off after showering, not to clean shoes or anything. We tried to talk it through, but they wouldn't listen. Don't stay here!

For the second day of our Ha Giang loop, this stay worked out well. We paid 500k Vnd for a room with two double beds because the city was fully booked on January 1. The room was roomy, and we got what we expected, so we weren’t disappointed.
