The room smelled bad and wasn't clean, and they charged 100k more for it before I checked in. I booked in the morning of the 14th and confirmed payment for a three-day deposit on the afternoon of the 16th. Then I had urgent work on the afternoon of the 15th and asked to leave one night early. The motel refused to refund me and spoke very rudely. I've never seen a motel in Da Nang do business so rudely.

There's plenty of parking, with entrances on both sides, and an elevator makes getting around easy. The rooms are especially airy, with lots of windows. A market is nearby, along with restaurants serving fresh, tasty food at affordable prices.

The daily room price now is over 400,000 VND, not the 200,000 VND mentioned in the post.
