The balcony view was amazing, and the room and bathroom were spectacular. I loved watching movies projected onto the wall, and the snacks in the room were a nice touch. The black and gold bathroom fittings looked great. Such a lovely place.

After I booked through Booking.com, I arrived to find that I was told every room was already booked. They offered me a cheaper option instead, but the experience I got was terrible, from the way the staff spoke to me to their behavior.

The room has a nice view over the rice fields, but the bedding smelled musty, and the room and its contents felt damp, moldy, and unhygienic. Even air freshener didn’t clear the smell. The price is high, yet there wasn’t even a bottle of drinking water. The cost is steep for this place. It would make more sense as a guesthouse than a hotel. I won’t be back.

Our room looked out over the fields, and one night there felt restorative. Punita Hotel is a comfortable and memorable place to rest when visiting Tam Ky, with the city's main attractions just a short distance away. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with modern conveniences including air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and free wifi. The staff are friendly, enthusiastic, and ready to help.
