Raddison Hotel Danang

We stayed in their Premium Ocean View Room, and the hotel made for a relaxing beach break. The beach is just across the street, great for morning walks and sunset views. Breakfast had a wide range of choices every day, which we enjoyed. Service was the standout. The staff were quick to respond and always helpful and accommodating. Luna handled all my requests promptly throughout the stay, so special thanks to her. We’d definitely recommend this place to couples looking for a comfortable getaway by the beach.

The food was a highlight, especially the pho, which was so good we didn’t need to eat out. Huge thanks to the chef. Breakfast also had plenty of variety, and the staff remembered that we wanted cappuccino with oat milk and brought it each day without us asking. They even remembered our room number. We were delighted with family room 1209. It was ready for us, with a welcome gift of small desserts, and had a lovely view. Housekeeping and the front desk were both friendly and helpful, and requests were dealt with immediately. Currency exchange was easy, which was a big plus since that isn’t always available elsewhere. The lady in white was particularly attentive. I also want to compliment the General Manager, whom we saw every day chatting with guests and checking that they were comfortable and didn’t have any issues. It was an unforgettable stay, and I highly recommend it.

The rooftop pool was great, though a bit chilly in March. It isn’t heated, and the sea was much warmer. We used Grab to get around to Hoi An, Ba Na, marble mountain, and my son sanctuary without any trouble, so we didn’t need to book a tour. I treated myself to a suite with a balcony and sea view, and it was incredibly spacious and comfortable. The staff were outstanding, and all the areas were clean and modern. Breakfast was delicious, with loads of options, probably the best hotel breakfast I’ve had. The location was handy too, with lots of restaurants and markets nearby. Honestly, the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Our long-planned trip to Vietam and Da Nang called for comfort, good food, local hospitality, and great views. As a frequent Radisson customer with top-tier status, I had high expectations for our seven nights at Radisson Blu Da Nang. The experience was PERFECT. The customer care really stood out. The team was always ready to help and went beyond what I expected. From our spacious room on the 18th floor, we had a breathtaking sea view. Swimming late in the evening in the infinity pool on the 20th floor was memorable, and breakfast felt worth every penny, with fresh local and continental choices each day. Christian, the General Manger, was around the guests every day, greeting us with a memorable smile and checking that things were going well. I fully recommend this hotel. Remember to smile and be respectful, because good always comes back. Christian and the Team, thank you for making our stay enjoyable 😊
