Radisson Blu Resort Hoi An

I was the first guest to try the new beach gateway in Hoi An, and Radisson Hoi An really lived up to its “disconnect and recharge” motto. Lynn and the whole team made sure everything went smoothly. My room was immaculate and comfortable, and each evening there was a thoughtful touch, like a fresh rose or freshly baked cookies. Breakfast had lots of variety and catered well to vegetarians. The large pool and direct beach access were also great for relaxing. Most of all, I appreciated how dedicated the team was to making the stay memorable. The service was outstanding, and I’m keen to return this summer. Thank you to everyone for all the effort.

We had a relaxing stay with my partner’s parents, who wanted somewhere to unwind. The hotel suited us perfectly. Hoi An old town was about 15 minutes away by Grab, and DaNang was fairly close too. The rooms were spacious, modern, and clean, and we enjoyed the pool and gym. The staff were the best part, always helpful and thoughtful. The hotel surprised my partner’s mom with a birthday cake. We also really liked breakfast. If we or our friends return to Vietnam, we’ll put this place on the list.

There’s plenty of greenery around the spacious, airy grounds, which made the place feel fresh and pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped, though there were a few minor issues that weren’t a big deal. The kids’ club was useful for families with children. What stood out most was the staff: quick, attentive, friendly, and great with customer service. I felt very welcome and was pleased with the stay at Radisson Resort.

Do not book here. The resort is closed, and no one has been communicating with customers. We’ve been trying to get information about our booking for more than eight weeks. Even the global brand Radisson Blu won’t help. They say this is an issue for the individual resort and that we need to contact Mr. Nhan Nguyen Thanh from Bamboo Capital. I’ve sent more than 10 emails, but he hasn’t responded. We’ve lost thousands of dollars because of the resort’s mismanagement and poor customer service. Do not stay with Radisson Blu. They don’t care about customers.
