Silverland May Hotel

It was our first family trip to Vietnam, and the team made it easy for us from start to finish. Traveling with family can be stressful, but the staff were so accommodating and caring that we felt looked after and comfortable the whole time. Getting around from the convenient location was simple, which made exploring Ho Chi Minh City much more enjoyable. Their warmth as soon as we walked in made the trip feel even more special. We'll remember their kindness and service, and I'd absolutely stay here again. I was genuinely sad to leave. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so lovely and memorable.

We arrived around 1, before check-in, and they welcomed us with towels, a snack, a drink, and friendly service. They upgraded us to the top floor without making us wait for check-in time. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tea buffet and live Vietnamese music. The location is good, and the cheerful, energetic lobby staff were so helpful. Well worth the money and highly recommended for a Ho Chi Minh visit.

The rooftop bar and pool were great, and the cocktails were delicious. The bartenders were helpful when choosing drinks, and the staff throughout were friendly. The hotel is close to District 1 without being as busy as some places nearby. It's easy to walk around and explore, with Korean town, shops, and lots of cool-looking coffee shops just a few minutes away. An underrated hotel. I'll be back.

The staff were so obliging, from advising us to call down for more bottled water to giving directions and local tips. We were always greeted with a cheerful smile, especially by An, Lily, Grace and David. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the central location was convenient. Breakfast was included in the price, with plenty of variety and some dishes cooked to order. Everything in the restaurant tasted great. Highly recommend staying here.
