The free street food outing is such a fun way to meet people. You get to sample lots of tasty, inexpensive food, including some quirky things. I enjoyed it so much that I went twice! Breakfast is free each day too, with lovely coffee. It's a family-run hostel, and the staff make the atmosphere feel really warm.

The best part for me was how friendly everyone was. Nu and Lao speak excellent English, and the older owners are still learning, but they're so smiley and helpful that the language gap doesn't matter. They even cook fantastic food. It's a family-run hostel with a sweet, friendly dog named Sausage, free breakfast every morning, and either a family dinner with the travelers or a street food tour on other evenings. A lovely place to chat and meet people. The beds have curtains, the air conditioning is very good, and the shower has decent pressure and warm water.

The rooftop bar is a real highlight, with a beautiful city view. The hostel is close to Central Market and a walking street lined with bars, and the street food tour is phenomenal. It's one of the least expensive places around, with free breakfast, a kitchen with a stove and fridge, a TV in the kitchen, and free WiFi. They can also help book buses and tours, and the laundry service is great. The new management is fantastic and happy to have a beer or hang out each night. Guests are sociable and fun, so it's easy to leave with new friends. Highly recommend.

The location made it easy to sleep: close to the backpacker street and markets, but far enough away that the noise didn't carry. Rooms are clean and roomy, beds are comfortable, the bathroom is great, and the WiFi works perfectly. Staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast was great. Beers are very cheap, and the rooftop has a stunning view. One of the best hostels in the cheaper range. Highly recommend!

After four months traveling through several countries and staying in lots of hostels, this is my favorite. The free breakfast is served on a beautiful roof, and there's a nightly food tour with guides who know their stuff. The rooms have good air conditioning, and the showers and toilets are clean. Staff are lively, speak great English, and are glad to help with plans or problems. They've clearly thought about guests' comfort and safety.
