Chef Ngọc, the servers, and the hostess gave us exceptional service at HOUSE OF KIEU RESTAURANT in the Rêve Hotel. The dishes were beautifully plated, with fresh, vibrant flavors and good-quality ingredients. The Vietnamese ingredients and French techniques came together elegantly. The grouper was flaky, and the sweet potato cloud beside it added a creamy, slightly sweet touch. The carrot soup was smooth and rich, almost like butternut squash soup. The mango salad with beef tasted fresh, and the foie gras serving was generous, with a clean flavor and no gamey taste. For dessert, both the mango passion fruit and chocolate ice cream were delicious, and the tiramisu was light and not too sweet. My one small criticism is that the meat could have had a stronger sear for more caramelization and depth of flavor. Otherwise, I really enjoyed the meal. Even though this newly opened IHG hotel is still new, the service is fantastic, and the location is very good. Mr. Dinh at the front desk helped me find the best banh canh cua around, and it sure was. Ms. Trang kindly offered me a late checkout, giving me more spare time. I'd highly recommend giving this hotel a chance.

I was especially impressed by the drinks. The staff recommended An Tea from the secret menu, and it tasted absolutely delicious. Long, Thuy Anh, Lan Anh and Thu made the visit memorable with their warm, professional service and really went above and beyond. The hotel atmosphere is beautiful, with a lovely mix of style and comfort that makes it a great place to relax. Everything about the experience, from the ambiance to the service, was top-notch. Revê has a great vibe, fantastic drinks, and a dedicated team. I can't recommend it enough.

Dinh and My helped keep my luggage safe until I was ready to pick it up. The hotel also kindly extended my checkout time. It was my first stay at the Reve, and it didn't disappoint. The location is decent, close to shopping and other things. Very good service, highly recommended!
