Robin Hotel Danang

I spent five nights here on a higher floor and had a really pleasant stay. The room was comfortable and clean. There are convenience stores, cafés, and local places to eat nearby, and the beach is walkable. I prefer the beach in this area to the one in My An. A small housekeeping misunderstanding came up, but the front desk girl and the manager handled it with care and professionalism. They were very attentive. I’d recommend the hotel to other travelers. 👍

The beds were the softest I’ve slept on while traveling, and the modern rooms were very clean and good value. Room service arrived quickly, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and flexible. I’d gladly stay at the Robin Hotel again and recommend it.

I accidentally overpaid at the front desk, and a staff member came to my room to return 200,000 Vietnamese dong. They were so helpful. For a low price, you get a clean, extremely comfortable bed, a hot shower, cool fan, and AC. I’m really grateful for this place.

The staff were very unprofessional, and there’s no privacy. The walls are paper thin, so sounds from next door and the hallway carry straight through, talking, yelling, phone calls, even bathroom "events". I couldn’t get a decent rest here. Early in the morning, the cleaner just used her key and walked into my room while I was still asleep. So rude.
