The higher floors have excellent views that can rival those from other apartments. The pool on the 4th floor is also well kept for residents, and security seems well managed overall. I’ve lived here for six months in 2014, and now, in 2025, I’ve been here for three months again. Rent is lower than at other apartments in Da Nang, and having plenty of space seems to make daily life better. There are two supermarkets on the first floor, Win Mart, where the vegetables, fruit, and meat turn over quickly, and a regular mart. Behind the apartment are a fruit and vegetable shop, the Bun Bu Hue restaurant for breakfast, and a lady who sells sticky rice. The one letdown is the area by the lake beside the apartment, which feels a little neglected. That seems to be an issue with Da Nang City.

We rented it for five nights and had a great view from the 30th floor. It had three bedrooms and was about 110 square feet? Cleanliness was just so-so, not especially clean, but there were no cockroaches. I did see a house lizard, though it was cute. The basics were all there: washing machine, fridge, air conditioner, TV, and microwave.

It’s a high-end apartment building right in central Da Nang, next to Ham Nghi Lake. Security is excellent, and the facilities are modern. The building combines office space with apartments for rent.

The green park nearby is a plus, and being beside Ham Nghi Lake keeps the climate cool all year. The location is excellent.
