ROBINSON Nam Hoi An

I came for three days and found the hotel peaceful, with few other tourists around and plenty of space, especially by the pool. Meals were consistently good, from the beach bar lunch to the dinner buffet, which had lots of choice, including desserts. Drinks were included in the nightly rate, too. You’re a bit in the middle of nowhere, so having a motorbike made it easier to explore. I rode from Hoi an and visited nearby fishing villages, where I had fresh seafood in a lovely setting about five minutes south. You can apparently rent a bike just outside the hotel for 150,000 a day, a reasonable price.

The evening shows were a real highlight, with lots of variety, energy, and professional performances. Utku and the entertainment team kept everything running smoothly, and his speeches helped create a fun atmosphere. Lera & Paul were wonderful to watch on stage. I also enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee class with May Linh and Aravinda’s DJ sets and warm welcome. We spent 10 days at Robinson Nam Hoi An and felt at home from the moment we arrived. The resort is attractive, the modern rooms are comfortable, and the club area is peaceful. It was fairly quiet outside the Vietnamese holidays, and the other guests were friendly. The food was high quality and well organized. Executive Chef Nils clearly cares about his work, and Dung, the Food & Beverage Manager, helped make dining a great part of the stay. Dong & Jason welcomed us at the front desk, and Tobi made things especially memorable for us. Their attentive, friendly service stood out. Okan, the General Manager, was around the resort and approachable, and guest satisfaction clearly mattered to him. Eva brought cheerful, chatty warmth each day, while Lena & Emma gave us a lovely club tour and made us feel welcome. We’d happily recommend Robinson Nam Hoi An and hope to return. The sport activities were superb, both the range on offer and how they were run. Food was fantastic, with plenty of choice, and the staff were engaged and motivated throughout, from check-in to check-out. Everyone seemed focused on helping us enjoy ourselves and make good memories. Great compliments to Okan and his team.

Okan’s leadership and eye for detail really raised the standard of our stay. Robinson Hoi An feels like a benchmark for luxury hospitality, with professional service, very friendly staff, and everything working well.
