We were on the sixth or seventh floor in a small, clean room with the basic things we needed, including air conditioning, a fan, and a noisy refrigerator. The owner or manager speaks very little English. Because of the celebration in Vietnam, we had to pay $20 for one night. We bargained and got that price for one night only.

It's affordable, decent quality, and right in the center. Absolutely perfect.

The service attitude is even worse than the terrible hotel itself. Everyone should avoid this place.

I’m really frustrated with this kind of service. The room was damp and cramped, and there wasn’t even a bottle of water in the fridge. I needed to check out urgently after staying an extra four hours, but they charged me more and wouldn’t let me have even one more hour.

I won’t be coming back, and I’d be careful about staying here. I didn’t ask the price because I thought they knew me, then they charged 400k a day. The room was awful, the fridge wasn’t plugged in, and it seemed like a place for cockroaches to breed. Sorry, I can’t add accents to the phone number.
