Panorama Luxury Sea View Apartment

The gym was good, but the host ruined the experience. I spent a week here, and the sheets weren't changed at all. The other people's hair stayed around the room all week. The corridors and shared areas were very dirty, and the elevators were busy. It was noisy even on the 16th floor. The infinity pool wasn't included with the room and cost an extra 200 000; the other pool had no sun chairs. My room could have been nice, but it was dirty, with dust and other people's hair on the floor, broken balcony chairs, and a warm minibar. I messaged the host, who promised to fix things, but nothing happened for two days. No cleaning, replacement chair, or second key, and she stopped responding to calls and messages. Later I got a chair that was only a little less broken 😅. Cleaning staff brought fresh towels and some toilet paper. When I arrived, none of the desks could handle my reservation. It turned out the apartment belonged to a private host, who came downstairs to give me the key. There was no service or information about the gym or pool. I had booked through Booking because the reviews were all positive. I saw there were several different “hotels” in the same building and picked Costal Charm Panorama Bayview because it had such good feedback.

Even on the 16th floor, we could hear traffic and cleaning staff yelling in the corridor. The elevators were always crowded, and both the room and corridors were very dirty. Nothing was provided in the room, and we got no information or answers to our questions. The host never answered our calls. I don't understand all the good reviews, that wasn't what we experienced. Don't choose Coastal charm panorama bayview!

The room was nice, and there is a decent rooftop pool, but the place feels like it's slowly falling apart while people try to squeeze out whatever money they can. This isn't really a hotel, but apartments sublet through various middlemen. During my three days there, I couldn't work out the hotel's name or the company managing my stay. Check-in and check-out came with plenty of complications. I waited ONE HOUR to check in, and there were extra charges, including a deposit for a room key (!?). Some guests were charged for the rooftop pool despite staying in the same hotel, though I wasn't. They even seemed to try to stop me from reviewing them on Booking, repeatedly changing my visit dates so I could cancel. Avoid it and book a proper hotel.

We hardly ever ran into other guests, considering how many rooms the place has. The rooms were amazing and all the amenities worked perfectly. Front desk staff were exceptional, helpful, and happy to accommodate requests. I'd highly recommend it.
