It was okay.

The staff are good, and so is the location.

The hotel is in a good location, and the staff are nice and helpful. But I’ve never stayed somewhere worse. The rooms are dirty. Towels that must once have been white are gray and stained. The air conditioner looks like it’s never been cleaned, with dust and grime all over it. Housekeeping just changes towels and sometimes mops. They don’t change the sheets. Toilet paper is brought in, then taken away the next day. We only got water for the first two days. After that, they said there was none. 😂 We’re not fussy guests and had thought of the place as more like a hostel, but this was too much. I wouldn’t recommend it. The gate is closed at 11 PM, and there’s a bell. Someone will let you in, looking sleepy and annoyed.

I found the hotel disgusting and extremely dirty. The sheets were stained at check-in, and changing them made no difference. Even after washing, they were still gray-yellow and blotchy. When I asked to move because the room was dirty, they showed me an identical one. The walls were grimy, and everything was coated in dust and dirt, as if it had never been cleaned. The furniture was shabby and dirty too. I was afraid to look under the bed. There were ants and some kind of lizards in the room. The refrigerator was filthy, very loud, and smelled bad. The air conditioner only began cooling a little after I complained several times that it wasn’t working, and getting the temperature adjusted was even harder. There was no remote, just an on/off button on the wall. Cigarette butts were scattered around. The staff didn’t seem very clean themselves and seemed to expect everyone to live that way. The whole hotel smelled awful, from dampness to rotten fruit. There’s a fruit shop downstairs, so the reception area is constantly dirty, and the crowd of strangers at the entrance can make it hard to get in. The gate is closed early in the evening, so you have to wait a long time after ringing the bell. Then a sleepy, disgruntled woman comes out, cursing about the time. If you want to live like a market vendor among filth and rude staff, this is the place for you.
