Imperial Nha Trang Hotel

The steam room was lovely on rainy days, and the hotel also has a sauna. Service was excellent, though I wish breakfast had more variety. We were on the 25th floor, with an incredible sea view and the soothing sound of waves. At night, karaoke from the beach was loud, and there was a lot of noise from people passing our room on their way to the rooftop pool. The location is right across from the beach.

The breakfast was better than I expected, with omelets, fresh bread, fruit, and good quality meats. There was a different selection each morning, and I was very happy with the food. The staff were kind, patient, and helpful throughout my stay, making the hospitality a real pleasure. My room had a fantastic balcony and beautiful sea views, a great place to take sunrise photos away from the crowds. For sunset, the rooftop gym beside the pool is a good spot. The hotel also has a salted pool for a refreshing daytime break, plus a steam room and sauna, though I didn’t use those.

I booked a sea-view room at this excellent hotel, right across from the sea. SON at reception treated me well and helped me throughout my stay.

At Imperial Hotel, Ms. Huyen, the Manager, stood out for how she works with customers and handles problems. Everyone gave us a warm, friendly welcome. I’ll return and recommend Imperial Hotel to my relatives and friends as a place to stay when they visit Nha Trang. Thanks again to the whole staff.
