Our group of three women loved the grand ocean views from our rooms, the delicious meals at the hotel restaurants, and the huge buffet breakfast. The staff were all amazing, attentive, and informative, always willing to go the extra mile. They made our stay fabulous. I was already sad about leaving while sitting in the airport transfer van, because I wish we could have stayed longer. If you get the chance to book this beautifully managed 5-star hotel, do it. You won’t want to leave, and the service and friendly smiles could make you want to return to Vietnam.

We’ve had such a good time as a family, and we’ll definitely be back. This was our third stay at Intercontinental Nha Trang, one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had while travelling around many cities and countries. We stayed in the Panorama Suite. It’s spacious and feels luxurious, with a thoughtful design that makes you feel as if you’re floating over the ocean from the bedroom or bathroom. The view is exceptional. The staff across the front desk, pool bar, beach bar, restaurant, club lounge, kids club, and housekeeping were welcoming, helpful, and respectful. Every one of them made us feel cared for. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and we loved the afternoon tea and evening cocktails included with the Club Lounge package.

Breakfast fell well short of what I’ve had at other high-end hotels, including Intercontinental hotels in other Vietnamese cities. The food choices, quality, and service weren’t up to the standard. In the room, the carpet had stains and smelled a little when the balcony door was closed, and the bathroom scale didn’t work. The pillows were the worst I’ve slept on, like flat air pillows with no support, even with two together. The rooms also feel a bit outdated.
