The location is good, and the sea and beach view is fantastic. The room is a good size, with a good bed and a large bathroom. But I found cockroaches four times in seven days, and telling reception didn't help. The place generally needs maintenance. There was lots of hallway noise from both other guests and cleaning staff, and the rooms aren't well soundproofed. The cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign. You also have to pay to use the SKY Top Lounge swimming pool, even when staying here. The elevators worked very poorly: sometimes the electronic key didn't work and I had to switch elevators, and often there was a 10-minute queue just to get to my room. It definitely doesn't feel like a 5-star hotel. I can't recommend this place 👎

I booked a connecting room through Agoda and was worried by the reviews mentioning bugs, but I didn't see any. The room was clean and very nice, with an amazing ocean view. The location is fantastic, and the balcony view is amazing too. This was room A, right at the end of the 25th floor, number 2519.

I booked a double room with a city view on the 34th floor through Airbnb. The location is fantastic, with a convenience store across the street and lots of nearby restaurants, so finding food and drinks is easy. There's also a hotel restaurant, where meals cost around 300,000 VND. The pool and gym on the sixth floor are both rather small, and the hotel has a spa too.

Everyone, get out of there fast! The parking lot is full and they just ignore customers. Their excuse sounds like a lie. The service is terrible, and the staff don't care at all. To see how bad it is, compare it with The Sóng Vtau. If The Sóng is bad, this place is a million times worse.
