The people working here really made the stay. They always greeted me with huge smiles and were ready to help with whatever I needed. Thanks to Thuy and Hien and the whole team for making me so comfortable. I liked the spacious rooms, the great views, and the quiet. The appliances were all well maintained, and the pool and gym had what I needed. The location worked out perfectly too, about a five-minute walk to the beach, with good restaurants, laundrettes, and bike rentals close by. I kept extending my stay because I liked it so much. I’ll definitely be back soon!

The worst hotel I stayed in Vietnam. My family and I had three days of awful rooms and poor service, and every room was just as bad. The water barely worked, swinging between ice cold and boiling with no temperature control. The shower didn’t work, and the jet shower was so forceful it couldn’t be used. We asked someone to fix the shower on the first day, but it only got worse. Nobody explained the hotel’s rules either. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. The rooms were terrible and the service wasn’t good. Please choose another hotel for a better experience.

The sea view was beautiful, and the staff were the only positives. I hope I’ve judged them right and that they’ll send the documents I requested after our stay. We heard the neighbors, a Chinese family with a child, through the poor sound insulation, and the baby cried until 3 a.m. last night. I’m exhausted. Breakfast wasn’t suited to Europeans, the coffee was instant, and the restaurant had a strong, awful smell. I don’t know what it was. The gym looked nothing like the photos. It was hot, the air conditioner didn’t work, and the equipment was old.

The room was clean, cozy, and spacious. Breakfast was the letdown, with too few choices and food that wasn’t nice. They need more people at the egg station, and the chef wasn’t friendly.

Right in the middle of lots of shops, places to eat, and other amenities, and only about a ten-minute walk from the beach. The hotel was clean and tidy, reasonably priced, and the reception staff spoke fluent English and gave excellent service. I’d definitely stay again.
