The complimentary breakfast was great. We did have bedbugs on both our first and second nights on the 9th floor, so they moved us to a different room. We also wished the phone operator understood more English.

We had a lovely stay at Sea Garden Hotel. The room was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the staff made us feel welcome. Loan was especially nice!

Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind, quick to respond, and ready to help whenever we needed something. Sea Garden Hotel in Da nang, Vietnam is also close to lots of places, including minimarts, cafes, the night market, malls, and restaurants. We’d come back if we get the chance. 💯❤️

The food was awful, with the same menu every day. Coffee and soup were served cold, and the soup had no taste. When we asked the staff questions, they weren’t helpful and just stared at us. I can’t recommend this hotel.

The beach, local restaurants, convenience store, and bank are all within walking distance, though the bank was broken when we visited. The rooms and beds are roomy, and the AC worked well. Housekeeping will clean daily if you ask, and they replace the towels but not the sheets. Some wallpaper was stained and looked old, and the shower curtains were moldy and need replacing or removing. There’s a small cafe in the lobby, but its coffee wasn’t as good as what we found nearby. We still had a pleasant stay.
