We felt comfortable the whole time at this clean, well-equipped accommodation in Hoi An. Everyone in the family was kind and friendly, and I'd highly recommend staying here. The restaurant next door had the best food in Hoi An. Try every kind of Mi Quang and Cao Lau!

The location was just right between the Old Town and An Bang beach, and getting around was easy with free bikes or Grabs. We had no trouble parking the bikes around town. The building and room were clean, and the staff were ready to help with anything, including bus tickets. Breakfast next door was delicious. It was quiet too. I'd stay here again.

The owner made me feel really welcome, and the free bicycle was a great perk. I liked how peaceful the neighbourhood was, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. It’s about 10 minutes to the beach and 5 to the historic town. I’d booked two nights but stayed for ten days, riding past the rice fields toward the beach in the mornings and trying local places to eat in the afternoons. The rooms were spacious and clean, too.

The breakfast next door was a highlight: delicious, authentic, and popular with local people. The hotel is in a quiet spot but still close enough to the center, and they lend you a bicycle for free. Our room had lots of space, a big bed, and a nice bathroom, and everything was very clean. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend it.

The only thing I’d change is the shower, since it seemed to be either hot or cold with no comfortable setting in between. Apart from that, everything was perfect: the room was super clean and I had a great five-night stay with breakfast included. The owner also runs the restaurant next door, so there are lots of different breakfast dishes to choose from.
