The owner is a gentle, lovely lady, and I’d definitely stay here again. The room was clean and spacious for the price. It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to walk to Hoi An Ancient Town, with coffee shops and eateries nearby. There’s also a grocery store about 50 meters away where you can buy very affordable drinks, biscuits, and other things.

We stayed three nights at Sunrise Homestay and felt at home thanks to the very kind, welcoming hosts. The shared kitchen and water dispenser were useful additions, and everything was clean. The bathroom door needed a small repair. The owner was open about it and said it would be fixed soon. The atmosphere was warm and accommodating, and we can wholeheartedly recommend the stay.

We were really happy with our room. It was spacious, clean, and cheap, but the staff were the best part: so friendly, sweet, and welcoming. The area was pretty quiet and still close to anything you’d want to see. Great!

Great value for money. The hosts were helpful, the rooms clean, and the location good. They let me check in early and leave my luggage after checkout. A great homestay!

The rooms are nice, clean, and big, and the AC works well. The bed felt a little hard. You can book tours, buses, and motorbikes at the front desk. It’s just a seven-minute walk to the busy part of town, while the hotel itself sits a little outside the bustle of the old town.
