T.26 Hotel

The hotel was convenient, bright, and clean. Everyone was kind and helped however they could. The staff were especially professional, warm, and friendly: receptionists Ms Minh Phuong, Ms Kim Hong, Ms Thanh Son, Mr Van Tung, and Mr Le Dung, along with Ms Thu Huyen and security guards Mr Hieu, Mr Sy Hung, and Mr Trung. We arrived very early in the morning straight from a night bus and only meant to sleep for two hours before the 12 pm checkout. Seeing our situation, the hotel let us stay for the entire day at the exact same price so we could rest and relax. You wouldn’t get that kind of service from a huge chain hotel. The people were so friendly and the value was great. Absolutely fantastic, and I couldn’t recommend it more if you’re in Da Nang.

The stay had its good points, especially the Han River setting, lovely views, nearby restaurants, and a roomy, bright room. Housekeeping was friendly, the pillows were comfortable, and they let us leave our bags before and after checkout. The first night was followed by a confusing check-in issue: we were told we might have to switch rooms and shown a much smaller one without a river view. We were ultimately allowed to keep our original room, but it was frustrating. Noise was the bigger problem. The thin walls let conversations and footsteps carry clearly, even late at night, and the mattress was extremely firm. We stayed a week and came away with mixed feelings. The location and price are good, though light sleepers or people staying longer might prefer somewhere quieter, even if it costs more.

At 4:50 AM, a cleaner came into my room without knocking. I reported it to the police. The hotel apologized, but gave no reasonable explanation for why she entered and refused to refund the full amount. I couldn't sleep for the rest of the night. Worst hotel experience. If the river view and low price are worth taking that risk to you, book it.
