The staff were great throughout, even finding us a scale to weigh our bags before the airport. I was less happy to be charged for the water bottles from the room fridge at checkout, since nobody had mentioned a fee when we arrived. After we explained, they apologized and said they would ask the manager to put up signs saying the bottles aren't free, as they sometimes are at hotels in Vietnam. That aside, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel to travelers.

The bed was very firm, and the room felt old, though it still worked fine. Breakfast was good, and the hotel itself was good.

We had a superb 10 days here. The room was clean and got cleaned daily, and it had air conditioning. Staff were friendly and smiling, and we felt safe at night. There are lots of good restaurants and coffee places nearby. We could rent a motorbike without leaving a deposit, and leave our luggage in storage before heading to the airport. Thanks, we'll come back.

The staff were courteous, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The room was serviceable, though dated and ready for a refresh, and the central Da Nang location was convenient. Next time I'd choose the beach area. What spoiled the stay for me was the shower. The water flow was barely stronger than a hand faucet, and it swung between scalding and freezing whenever someone elsewhere in the hotel used water or flushed a toilet.

For a discounted hotel, this was a good stay: clean rooms, comfortable furniture, and friendly service. The bathroom was clean and had hot water, and breakfast came with the room. We also had air conditioning, a minibar, and a TV. They even returned our laundry in less than eight hours.
