I had a really pleasant stay. The hotel felt modern and the standards were high. My sheets and towels were changed every day, and the water was better quality than at other hotels. The Wi-Fi was very fast. The room had a Daikin air-conditioner and an LG TV with a nice remote and lots of channels. There were great views from the rooftop pool. Loan was friendly, easygoing, and had a beautiful smile. The staff make you feel the beauty of Vietnam. It's close to Lotte Mart and SunWorld, and I'll stay here again. Thanks!

The pool was lovely, and the hotel itself was so modern and clean. The receptionist was very friendly, even though her English wasn't great. The air conditioning could have worked better, but otherwise it was a great hotel and I'd highly recommend it.

I wouldn't come back. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the staff kind, but I barely got any rest because the soundproofing was terrible and other guests were so loud. On both nights, people shouted in the hall until 23:00, then again early in the morning from 06:00. I got the impression that the guests on the 4th floor lived there and knew each other, because they left their doors open and called to each other from their rooms. One morning at 07:30, a loud TV woke me and kept going for 20-30 minutes. On my way to the elevator, I saw another guest had left their door wide open with a TV playing for their child while they showered. It was fine in some ways, but I couldn't get much sleep.
