We were still charged $$$ because there was a nearby fireworks display, which we hadn't known about. It was a bump. The room was disgusting. There were old cigarette remnants all over the floor, and the bathroom was awful. I had to argue with the receptionist just to get the room cleaned, the bedding changed, and the floor mopped. We wore flip-flops the whole time because touching the floor felt dirty. The kids were very loud, crying and screaming until midnight. Please don't stay here.

The price for the room was fair, and the staff were polite and friendly. The children near reception were really loud, though, which made it hard to nap and relax after a long journey.

I booked online and paid in advance through Agoda, but when I got there they said there was no room. They claimed they couldn't access their Agoda account and refused to refund me. It was late, and I was too exhausted to argue over the money. As a final insult, the grandpa and auntie living in the house kept harassing me by offering to share their room. Avoid this place at all costs.

A truly awful experience. The hotel charged a full month's rent for my 11-night stay, even though we'd agreed on a different amount beforehand. I accepted the full charge because I didn't want to miss my flight, and wanted to support the owner's child. I wonder if all hotels in Da Nang operate this way, overcharging customers.
