The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and we were delighted when reception kindly upgraded us for the night. There are lots of cafés and places to eat nearby, and the Old Town is about a 10-minute walk away. The main road outside does get noisy, though, with cars and scooters honking. Even so, we were very happy with our stay and would come back.

The location was excellent, close to the Old Town, and the reception staff were nice. We had a standard room at the top of the building; the shared open area up there was pleasant and had a good view. The room itself felt dark since the window couldn't be opened, and the bathroom was a little cramped.

The front desk team made my week in Hoi An special. The women there shared great local recommendations, and thanks to them my time in Vietnam was so much better. I had an incredible stay, and I'm grateful to the whole team.

Kelly at reception was lovely and gave us really useful recommendations. The location is very handy, with Tailor 41 just around the corner and everything else within walking distance. The room was a little musty, but it's summer and that seems typical in Vietnam. Great value for money in Hoi An.

The front desk girls were really nice and happy to answer all my questions. It's a super nice hotel, a relaxed Vietnamese place rather than some overpriced Western spot. Some complaints people make are exaggerated :p
