The room was neat and clean, and the place was quiet despite being only a minute's walk from the old city center. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, even by Vietnam standards. I'd recommend it 100%.

The location is convenient and the room is clean, but communication can be frustrating. The older lady speaks limited English, and the front desk girl isn't always around. We had quite a few misunderstandings, and it really brought the mood down. Also, hot water may come from the basin but not the shower head.

i'm southkorean, and i liked how clean it was and how friendly everyone was. the location worked well for me, close to hoian vietnam old town. it was good, in a word. the water pressure was a little low, though there was still some.

The fruit was my favorite part of a breakfast with lots of good dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful. I went out in the afternoon, and they gave me a Nonla to cover my head because they were worried about the hot sun. My room was nice and clean, and I enjoyed my holiday a lot. Lovely corner hostel, in a great spot near the old town. ❤️❤️❤️
