The balcony view was lovely, and the room was clean. Breakfast was delicious too. I really appreciated being outside the crowded center but close enough to bike in. Great value for the price. The service was a highlight, especially the women at the desk. They answered my questions, asked how my day was going, and arranged bikes for me.

The staff were lovely and gave us great tips for restaurants, tailors, and coffee spots. They even helped sort out a problem with our flight. Breakfast was good, and we had such a nice time here. It's about a 30-minute walk to the old town, but getting there by Grab is easy. We'd definitely stay again if we return to Hoi An.

The ladies, Ngan,tuyet et linh, were so kind and did everything they could to make our stay as good as possible. They were always happy to help. The room was lovely, with classy Japanese toilets 😏. It may have been our best stay in Vietnam. Thank you! Cheers.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, with all the essentials we needed. From arrival, the two young women hosting us gave a warm, genuine welcome and were attentive throughout. They helped with local tips and transport, and their kindness made a real difference. Their hospitality and upbeat energy made us feel at home. A wonderful stay, with good value and great service. We'd happily come back and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We felt right at home during our two nights here. The rooms were spacious and clean, and there's a pool as well. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were so nice. We used Grab bikes to get into Hoi An Ancient City, about 12.000k each, and it was a fast, fun way to get there. Absolutely great place to stay!
