Our room on the third floor at the back had a bigger balcony overlooking the waterway and islands, with lovely sunrises and sunsets. It was comfortable and relaxing, and had everything we needed. The hotel is a little outside town, which suited us; we walked or cycled in at least twice a day. There are local cafes and restaurants across the road, and the Memories show is easy to get to. We borrowed bikes for free to visit town, the beach, and nearby islands. Everyone on the team was friendly, polite, and helpful, and the owner was clearly hands-on. When I had a cough, the staff even made me honey drinks. Breakfast was great, with fresh buffet choices and hot items made to order. Their homemade yogurt was especially good. The shower was great, and there's also a bath overlooking the landscape. A fridge and safe were provided, and the hotel was kept spotless with regular sweeping and mopping. We felt cared for throughout. They arranged early breakfast before we left and helped organize tickets and cars. We'd definitely stay again. Thank you to the whole team.

Everything felt clean, the rooms were lovely, and breakfast was great. We were very comfortable during our stay, thanks in part to the friendly, attentive staff and pleasant atmosphere. The location was good, and bicycles were available. Thanks so much, we'd recommend it! 🥰

Mr Ho built the Quin Riverside Villa and has every reason to be proud of what he's made and continues to do. We had a fantastic stay and were welcomed like family, while still being given room to do our own thing. Mr Ho and the staff made everything so enjoyable. Ms Vi and Ms Nia were kind and concerned when I became ill, and their local recommendations were spot on. The chef's omelette, jams, and pancakes were the best, and we looked forward to his friendly smile every morning. Thanks as well to the lovely woman who cleaned our room each day. It was always presented perfectly and very clean.

The staff were especially kind and accommodating, and the rooms were roomy and clean. Breakfast was good, too. It's just outside the busy, noisy area, with bikes available for getting into the old quarter and around Hoi An. Definitely recommend it.

The bathroom was much more spacious than I expected, and the room was spotless thanks to the kind, attentive cleaners. I also loved the clean, relaxing pool and the morning buffet, especially the woman who cooked eggs fresh to order. Nhi at reception was so kind and helpful, and made the stay even better. We had a wonderful time here. Highly recommend!
