The Old City is right beside the hotel, which made it easy to explore Hoi An's streets, restaurants, and attractions. I was only there for one night, but Liz and her team made the visit memorable. They were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Liz especially went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and had what I needed. I felt very well looked after, even during such a short stay. I'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An. Thanks, Liz and the team, for making my night so pleasant!

We found the hotel warm and cozy, with a very convenient spot in Hoi An Old Town. The main attractions and Old Town are just a short walk away. Staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of international choices and was more than adequate, with Korean dishes being a particularly nice touch. My one suggestion would be an earlier check-in. At the moment it's at 3:00 PM, and an earlier time would be even better.

What struck me most was how calm and well cared for the hotel felt. Breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. As someone who needs gluten free food, I appreciated that allergens were marked on the buffet. Staff were friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, and the rooms were spotless, with clean amenities and comfortable beds that made it easy to unwind after a long day. The rooms are large, and the bathrooms have plenty of space too, so nothing feels cramped. During my time in Vietnam, this was the first hotel where the real place was even better than the photos. I'd happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

We felt welcome from the moment we arrived at Signature Hoi An Hotel. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere made it easy to relax in Hoi An. A special thanks to Liz for making the trip extra special. She was kind, attentive, and always willing to help, whether with recommendations, coordinating plans, or checking that we were enjoying our stay. Her warmth and hospitality made a real difference, and we're grateful. We'd absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An!

Miss Haboo from Guest Relations stopped by during breakfast to introduce herself and ask how things were going. That personal check-in, along with the warm, attentive help from the staff, made us feel well looked after. Miss Liz at the front desk was especially helpful, arranging several shuttle bookings and even keeping in touch on WhatsApp on her days off. She made everything easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with a good location, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. We had a wonderful stay at The Signature Hoi An Hotel and would gladly come back.
