We ended up staying longer than planned and were sad we couldn't stay even more. The owners are a wonderful family, and although only one of them speaks English, a smile and their courtesy made everything easy. It's a quiet spot at night, with a bar and minimarket nearby, plus plenty of parking and a nice place to hang out. The sea is just a 10-minute walk away. Our room was spacious and very clean, with hot water, a kettle, flowers, air conditioning, and a fan. We loved it and didn't want to leave in the morning.

The homestay is about 3.5kms from the old town, so you'll probably want to rent a bicycle if you don't have one of your own. They rent bikes there too. We found it great value for the price, and the family running the place was so friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was really nice, with comfortable beds, a fridge, TV, kettle, A/C, fan, plugs, balcony, and private bathroom. Towels and amenities were included too.

About 2 million VND was stolen from one of my roommates' rooms, and my gloves went missing too. We don't know for sure if the people in charge were involved, but I wouldn't rule it out. The woman in charge seemed focused on money and tried to raise the price on us for different reasons. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a fridge, jug, ensuite bathroom, A/C, and fan. It's good value and sits halfway between the beach and Hoi An. The owners were friendly and very hospitable. They'd go out to bring food and sometimes cook a meal for me. I fully recommend this place.
