TMS Hotel Da Nang Beach

My family and I spent five days and four nights here, and were very happy with our stay. The team’s warmth really stood out. By the second morning, the breakfast staff already knew what drinks we liked, a small gesture that made us feel welcome. The room was cleaned thoroughly every day. I tried the hotel spa too and found the treatment excellent and very relaxing. We’ll choose this hotel again when we return to Da Nang, and I’ll recommend it to my friends.

The only minor hassle was the breakfast crowd. We had to wait a little for a table in the morning. Aside from that, we had a very pleasant stay, with friendly, helpful staff and comfortable accommodation. They even let us check in before the official time, which was convenient after travelling. We really enjoyed the food, especially at the rooftop restaurant and lobby bar, both of which had great meals and a nice atmosphere. We’d recommend the hotel for a visit to Da Nang.

I might take a star off because of the reused slippers and the broken chest machine in the gym, though overall I had a very pleasant stay at TMS Hotel Da Nang and would definitely return. I paid a premium for a beach-view room and expected more attention to detail, especially from a hotel that calls itself five-star. The slippers should be washed and kept in a new sealed zipper bag, or replaced with new ones. The gym was okay for a hotel this size and fine for basic workouts, but one machine was broken, as shown in the photo. The beachfront location makes it easy to get to the beach, and the views are beautiful. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and service was outstanding throughout my five days and four nights. The rooftop pool is a highlight, with a fantastic view, although the water was a bit cold for the season. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was good overall. I especially liked the rooftop breakfast restaurant and its amazing view, though the food selection there was more limited than in the main breakfast area. The elevator in the middle smelled horrible, like somebody had pissed on Thế carpet floor. I told the bell boy when we first checked in. Da Nang has so many beautiful beachfront hotels that I’m also tempted to try a different one next time.

The beach is only steps away, and beach towels are provided. Bars and restaurants are close by as well. We also loved the rooftop pool and its excellent views. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a range, quality, and freshness that exceeded expectations. It easily ranks as the best I’ve had compared with hotels across the continent. Families should find the hotel welcoming too, as it’s kid- and family-friendly. Staff were always available, smiling, helpful, and friendly in a professional way. The welcome lemon tea set a warm tone on arrival. Everyone, from front desk to housekeeping, was remarkably well-presented, adding to the premium feel. Cleanliness and hygiene were excellent for the price. The bathrooms and toilets were spotless, mold-free, and well maintained, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The location is excellent for getting to the beach and nearby dining and nightlife. The one improvement I’d suggest is upgrading the bicycles and adding e-bikes. With the hotel in such a good spot, exploring on two wheels would be appealing.
