Tuyen Son Hotel

The cooking class was nice.

It was okay.

Interesting...

The broken TV remote and missing toilet paper were bad enough, but the way the hotel handled our stay was worse. I tried to extend it and got conflicting answers from the morning and evening staff. The next morning I was told there were no rooms, then two staff called each other and said I could stay just one more night. They also refused to take a booking made two weeks ahead, saying, "We don't dare accept bookings that far in advance," before claiming all the rooms were booked closer to the date. Ridiculous. 🤡 When I called, the owner was rude and said things like, "Just get on with it, we don't have time to talk." My messages on Zalo went unanswered. For this price, I'd look elsewhere for professional, respectful service. Peak season and a low price don't justify treating guests this way. For a long-established hotel, the way they spoke to each other was shameful. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Terrible service, minus one out of ten, or maybe zero.
