The location is good, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room was on the ground floor beside the lift, so it was noisy, and there was a building site next door making loud noise from 6am. The beds were rock hard. Reception staff were quite rude and hard to communicate with. At checkout, multiple staff kept me in the reception area for more than 60 minutes over an issue, trying to extort a significant amount of money from me.

I’m an Italian expat living in Ha Noi, Viet Nam, and came to Da Nang for two relaxing weeks by the sea. I found this hotel online while looking for an inexpensive place near the beach. It’s close to My An beach in a nice, quiet area. I chose a small room on the top floor. It was peaceful and comfortable, with air conditioning, a fridge-bar, flat TV, internet connection, and a window. The price was affordable given how near the hotel is to the beach. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and willing to help. I rented a motorbike for 5 USD a day. I’ll definitely return when I’m back in Da Nang.

The room was very clean and had enough facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We rented a motorbike here for just 100k for 24 hours. Highly recommend!

The price is low, and you get what you pay for. If you're lucky, the bed will have a nice bounce to it. The receptionists aren't very confident in English, but they still treated us with good hospitality.

Everything we needed was close by, from food and manicures to restaurants, scooter rental, and a 24-hour store, all just 30 to 300 seconds away. The beach is nearby too, and the staff were friendly. Our bikes had secured parking.
