For $23 including breakfast, I thought this was fair value for a one-night stop before our flight. We chose it mainly because it’s convenient for both the airport and railway station. Staff were attentive and helpful. The reception team was friendly, and the security guard also helped with our bags like a bellboy, which we really appreciated since we had a lot of luggage. Breakfast was simple, mostly Asian dishes, with fried eggs as the main Western option. We booked a Superior Double, but the room was quite small and didn’t feel very superior. Its window faced a ventilation shaft, so there was no natural daylight. On the plus side, it was very quiet, with almost no street noise despite the busy road outside, even at night. The bed was comfortable and roomy enough for two, though it wasn’t the king size advertised in the description. It works well for a short stay of 1-2 nights, but probably not much longer. And despite “boutique” being in the name, it felt more like a standard 2-3 star hotel than a true boutique property.

Mr. Phuong from the security team deserves a special mention. He was incredibly helpful and professional, and his wonderful smile made us feel safe and welcome whenever we came or went. He really went above and beyond. The hotel is a great base for exploring the city, in a convenient spot near the market and city center, with most places within walking distance or a short ride away. Breakfast was decent if you eat meat, but vegan and vegetarian choices are quite limited at the moment.

The river-facing rooms have a lovely view, and the bed was the most comfortable one I've had on this trip. The white bedding was clean, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful. Trãn at breakfast was especially delightful and always looked after us. Breakfast was the letdown. By 9am they had run out of most things and didn't replenish them. Still, it's a great hotel.

For such an inexpensive stay, we really had no complaints over our six nights. Breakfast was plentiful, with a different selection of fruit and treats each day, and the staff were friendly and polite. The place also feels like a quiet little oasis in the busy Da Nang district. Excellent value.

I won't be coming back to this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to my Apple colleagues in the Silicon Valley Bay Area or my associates from Google. The older security guard and the overnight desk receptionist ate two cups of Vietnamese "che" desserts that a friend had dropped off for me. Neither asked permission or tried to bring them to my room. I'd already tipped the guard a 50K VNDong note on the second night. That was disrespectful to a guest. Their excuse was that the ice had melted, so it was no longer "che". Right. Uh-huh. I booked this hotel for my mother and her three friends when they came for a nearby family wedding in January 2025. They were treated professionally and had a good stay, and I chose it for my own week-long visit based on that and the honest reviews. My stay was from October 4 to October 11, 2025. The management offered me a "special rate" in response. Rates aren't the issue. I can afford accommodation anywhere in the world. Take a look at room prices in the SF Bay Area or Manhattan NYC, they'll blow your mind and your wallet. Best of luck. Because of this disregard for a guest's personal property, I won't return to the hotel, and I'm never returning to Vietnam. I'll spend my USDollars in Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, and Europe, where people are HONEST.
