The view is the one thing that still works without management. The rest of Vivian Villa & Apartment feels like it has given up on being a hotel: there’s no cleaning, maintenance, or care, just a DIY setup. Floors are lifting, the ceiling has water marks, and the sofa looks like it’s passed through several owners. The elevator inspection had expired long before my patience did. It might once have been a fine place to stay, but now it feels like an archaeological site of hospitality.

The staff really made this place for me. They were amazing, friendly, and happy to help however they could, so I’m glad we stumbled across it and would highly recommend it. The hotel is clean and modern, with good breakfast, and restaurants nearby. It’s also one block from a quieter stretch of beach.

Mr. Yes helped us with everything we needed, and the people here were lovely. We enjoyed our couple of nights: the place is clean, nice, and quiet, with a pool and breakfast. It’s within walking distance of both the center and the beach, and there are free bikes too. Absolutely no cons. Highly recommend.

The people here were always smiling and kind, and really tried to help us. The manager helped us a lot over messenger during our three days, and we could sort out any problem by contacting her. The facilities worked well for our family, and breakfast was so good that my mom, who wasn’t eating much on the trip, enjoyed it. I didn’t use the pool, but it looked good, and there’s a sauna too. I’ll recommend this place to a friend planning a trip to Danang soon. Thanks for all your effort during our three days!

These are cute little villas just off the main road, with a really sweet and helpful staff. The traditional Vietnamese breakfast changes each day, and they also have toast, eggs, and coffee. Rooms come with kitchenettes, a full-sized fridge, and en suite bathrooms.
