Breakfast was very good and had plenty of choices, and the views were great. The 24-hour facilities were handy, especially the work room, gym, and laundry on the top floor. The location is central, with lots of shops close by. Staff were quick to help whenever needed. Thanks for taking such good care of us during the stay.

The place is clean and hygienic, has a guest-friendly atmosphere, and is centrally located. The young staff are dynamic and deserve a shout-out. Special thanks to Hotel Supervisor Ms. Linh and her team, Ms. Lan anh and Tannie, all three in the picture. They work so hard to keep the service level high. Keep it up!

Wink Danang Centre is in a great spot, close to the pink Da Nang Cathedral, Han market, the river promenade, and the Dragon Bridge. There are lots of restaurants, spas, nail salons, and coffee shops nearby. I also found a good optometrist about 7-8 minutes away on foot, where you can get prescription glasses or sunglasses made at very reasonable prices. My room was small but cleverly laid out and comfortable, and I was upgraded to a corner room on a high floor. The views from both windows were spectacular, especially the Dragon Bridge. The hotel feels fresh and new, and I’m glad it’s now one of Hyatt’s brands. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Ren and James gave me a particularly warm welcome. Breakfast had what I think was a good range for different tastes. It could get crowded and a bit chaotic, but I never had trouble finding a table. I really enjoyed my stay and can highly recommend it.

The staff are the main reason we’ve kept coming back over the years. They still recognize us, which feels rare these days. Special mention to Trim at front desk, who always makes us feel genuinely welcome. I’ve heard the hotel recently switched to Hyatt, and I can already see some changes. The coffee machine in the morning now has only a few options, and there’s no hot cocoa anymore. The coffee I tried was so bitter I couldn’t take another sip. Breakfast seems mostly Korean-style now, with kimchi and japchae. It’s a bit funny since I’ve stayed here a long time and know the owner isn’t Korean. The place seems geared toward Korean guests these days, and even the manager is Korean. Maybe that’s because there are so many Korean guests around, so I can understand it. The corridor carpet still hasn’t improved since my last visit. I’ll have to think twice about coming back. My wife likes the hippie vibe, so maybe we’ll consider it, but honestly I’m not sure.

The hotel seems fairly new, and check-in was quick, though a table island in front of the desk made the flow a bit awkward. We arrived in the rain, and staff kindly lent us golf umbrellas and raincoats for our stay. They were very friendly and efficient, and even upgraded my room and gave me a later checkout. The room was spacious enough, with the bed positioned to look out toward the Han river and Dragon bridge in the distance. The bathroom door also serves as the shower door, so the bathroom floor tended to get wet. The hotel is within walking distance of the Han riverwalk, with massage spas, small businesses, eateries, and marts around it. The Pink Church is a block away. Breakfast was okay, though the small paper coffee cups tended to leak. The restaurant had a great atmosphere, with a city view while eating hot pho. Our stay was pleasant and memorable, and I’d stay here again if we visit Da Nang.
