The room had a leaking AC, dust, mold in the shower, stained dirty towels, ants, and a smell like sewage mixed with food. The toilet gave me diarrhea for four days. There was just a bed and a TV without Netflix, with no microwave in the room or stove. The owner was my biggest issue. She says guests staying over 27 days have to pay for electricity, then charges $127 a month just for AC and lights. I booked through Airbnb, where most of the reviews are hidden. This is definitely a one-star hotel, and I don't recommend staying here.

My Khe beach is very close, with plenty of convenient facilities and amenities nearby. The hotel was very clean, and the staff made us feel welcome and were friendly.

We had a cozy, spacious apartment with a kitchen and everything we needed, plus the restaurant downstairs had a great vibe. This worked really well for a longer stay when we weren't ready to rent an apartment. The location sits between the busy tourist area and the quieter, more Vietnamese side, so it was a good fit if you're sensitive to noise but still want to walk to most beach things. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing time over nearly three months. The road is quiet, but the location is central and close to the beach, and the in-house Restaurant is delicious. The Owners and staff were kind, welcoming, and ready to help with anything. Thank you Cavilla 😊

We were there for a month, and the modern rooms and quiet setting suited us well. You enter through their very nice restaurant. The beach and other things are close by, and the staff are friendly. The owner speaks english, while the rest of the staff don't really, but it was okay. Cleaning once a week is included, and they kindly accepted our packages when we ordered online.
