The villa was a great base, with restaurants, massage places, and supermarkets close by. It’s thoughtfully equipped too: there’s an elevator for luggage, washers and dryers, and a kitchen with useful things like rice cookers, microwaves, and an air fryer. I liked the stylish interior and its authentic feel. The staff really made the stay. They answered quickly, were warm and welcoming, and helped with things beyond what was included, whether that meant fresh towels, suggestions for places to visit, or other little extras. My only snag was that the beds and pillows felt quite hard to me. That may just be normal for Vietnam. We enjoyed our time here and would recommend it, especially for the service and well-equipped villa.

The staff are wonderful and go out of their way to help. I’d recommend this place in a heartbeat. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

We arrived hoping to check in an hour early, but the staff were busy cleaning up the mess left by the previous guests, probably the group behind the one-star review below. They let us relax in the common area while they worked and explained what had happened. They also apologized repeatedly for some chairs damaged by that group, though it wasn’t their fault. Once our rooms were ready, they were perfect. The air conditioning was already on, and staff brought our luggage to the right floor. They stayed helpful throughout our visit and pointed us to some really nice restaurants. The pool was spotless and well maintained, too. Thanks to Binh and the staff for making our family trip amazing. I’d definitely recommend the place!
