Wyndham Garden Hoi An Cua Dai Beach

Sue made our stay at Wyndham Garden Hoi An unforgettable. She was always ready to help with advice, arrangements or questions, and checked that we were comfortable. Her kindness and smile really made us feel looked after. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt welcoming and well organized. It’s beautiful, clean and relaxing, with lovely facilities and atmosphere. The rooms were comfortable and the service was excellent. This is probably the best hotel in Hoi An. We’d definitely recommend it and would love to return.

We stayed two nights with my partner. The pool was well maintained, and I saw staff clean it in the morning and test the water in the evening. The free breakfast was comprehensive and perfectly fine. From our room on the 4th floor we also got exceptional sunset views, as shown in the photos. The staff were wonderfully friendly and helpful. When I had a room issue, they moved me without a fuss. Another staff member even lent my partner her hair tie when we couldn’t find one to buy nearby. Bikes were free, and the old town was a refreshing 10-15 minute ride away. The hotel is across the road from a quiet, not-so-busy beach. The mattresses reminded me of ones my grandfather bought back in the 60s. They had zero support and could give you back problems. There was essentially no soundproofing between floors, so I heard the upstairs neighbors doing everything, including moving furniture. I know this is common in Vietnam and not exclusive to this hotel, since buildings aren’t insulated with rock wool like in colder countries, but I expected a more peaceful morning from a big name like Wyndham. Felt stickers on the chair and table legs would be an easy fix. Hopefully the big bosses in America will wire Wyndham Garden Hội An some cash to upgrade those extremely old mattresses too. It was exceptional value for money. I’d stay again in a heartbeat if those issues were sorted.

The price was honestly very good for everything the hotel offers. The location is a little isolated, but the free bike rental made it easy and enjoyable to get around. The pool and pool bar area were beautiful, relaxing and extremely well maintained. The gym was good, and breakfast had a wide choice of tasty food. We had a perfect stay at Wyndham Garden. They knew it was our anniversary and even picked us up from the airport for free, making the start of the holiday feel special and stress-free. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We absolutely loved staying here and would highly recommend it.

The cooking class was a great experience for our girls, starting with a visit to the local market to learn about local culture. Rio, Thanh and Tien were friendly and helpful throughout. We also loved the spa. The massage was great and helped us recharge. Special thanks to Miseo, who patiently looked after our son while we enjoyed it, and to our therapist Vy and friends, who were amazing. It was our first stay at the hotel and we were really happy. The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view and a balcony. All the staff were friendly, professional and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. We enjoyed the whole experience and will definitely come back when we have the chance.
